By using MinePlay (the "Services") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
About the Services
MinePlay is a free, fan-made website that lets you play browser-based Minecraft using the open-source Eaglercraft project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. We do not host any copyrighted Minecraft game assets; the Eaglercraft client acquires required assets as described by that project.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything illegal or harmful
- Harass, abuse or harm other players on listed servers
- Submit servers with misleading, malicious or inappropriate content
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Services
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise other users' accounts or worlds
If you're playing at school or work, you're responsible for following that institution's rules and acceptable-use policies.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User content & server listings
You retain ownership of worlds and content you create. By submitting a server to our list, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove any listing or content at our discretion.
Third-party servers
Multiplayer servers are operated by independent third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, conduct, or data practices. Connect at your own discretion.
No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your browser-stored worlds won't be lost. Always keep your own backups.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinePlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost worlds or data, arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
